The Timothy Findley Award was a Canadian literary award, presented each year from 2002 to 2007 by the Writers' Trust of Canada in memory of the writer Timothy Findley. The award was presented to a male Canadian novelist who is in the middle of his career, to honour the entire body of the recipient's work. The award was presented for the first time in 2003, although its first winner was deemed to have won for 2002. It was a companion to the Marian Engel Award, which was created in 1986 to honour female writers. In 2008, the Engel and Findley Awards were discontinued and merged into the new Writers' Trust Engel/Findley Award.
